“the Aladdin’s World” – a steam and dry bath complex with a space for rest and relaxation.
- Ayurveda treatments in Ayurveda’s parlour with an independent Svedana - Ayurvedic steam sauna,
- Beauty treatments with the application of the cosmetics from the companies such as: Biologique
Recherche, Lakshmi, Alqvimia,
- Massages and other treatments for the body,
- Baths in The Chamber of Cleopatra (among others: bath in goat's milk),
- "Hamam" – an oriental body treatment in a steam bath,
- MedicalSpa - salt baths, herbal, wraps mud baths, massages, etc
Hotel guests
Visiting the SPA is included in the price of accommodation. Whereas, the use of the Wellness involves extra PLN 40 per each day of stay. If a hotel guest uses any paid treatment for the body or face, they may use the Wellness without additional payment.
Other Guests
may use the SPA if they buy out admission tickets for the price of 50 PLN or the SPA & WELLNESS if they buy out admission tickets for the price of PLN 90. They may also take out a treatment according to the price list.
In order to ensure peace and security for the guests staying at the hotel, please read and comply to the following rules and regulations.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MARRAKESH SPA & WELLNESS
1. Spa & Wellness is open Monday to Friday: 03:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
on Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
on Sundays and holidays: 10:00 a.m. - 08:00 p.m.
saunas are open Monday to Friday: 05:00 p.m. - 09:30 p.m.
on Saturdays: 12:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m
Sundays and holidays: 12:00 a.m. - 07:30 p.m.
2. For details about our services and prices, contact the reception staff of the Spa & Wellness.
3. External Guests may not stay with children under the age of 12 in the Spa & Wellness.
4. For the comfort of our guests, an appropriate dress and footwear, that is a bathrobe, swimsuit / trunks, towel, extra pair of footwear is de rigueur in the Spa & Wellness.
5. Children of our hotel guests under the age of 12 stay in the spa only in the care of their parents or adult guardians, who bear full responsibility for the safety of children.
6. Only adults and children over 12 years may stay in the area of the Wellness.
7. With regard to the safety and comfort of our guests, the following activities are banned in the whole area of the Spa & Wellness:
- bringing in and consumption of alcohol,
- bringing in glass objects,
- use of cameras and video-cameras
- use of mobile phones,
- running, jumping into a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
8. Staying in a salt cave is possible only in dry bathrobes. Before entering, please, change your footwear.
9. In the case of a no-show for a treatment without any previous notice of cancellation at least two hours in advance, the amount will be charged to the guests’ account equal to the price for the treatment.
10. Valuables can be stored in a safe box at the hotel reception. For things left in the Wellness & Spa, our staff will not be held liable.
