The hotel day allows check-in to the room from 2:00 PM until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Each room is equipped with an individually controlled air conditioning/heating system, to change the temperature in the room use the instructions on the remote control by adding or subtracting degrees on the keypad.

Basic instructions:

The right temperature in the room can be maintained by closing the window. Turning on the air conditioning should mean closing them.

The applicable voltage in Poland is 230 Volts. If you need a plug adapter, please contact the reception.

If you wish to be left alone, please hang a sign on the outside of your room door saying DO NOT DISTURB. If the sign is on the door by 2pm, the reception will contact you by phone to make sure you do not need assistance. If you cannot be reached, the duty manager will check your room to make sure everything is in order.

The storage period for items left at the hotel is 3 months. In the event of theft, the reception or security staff should be notified immediately and the scene secured.

Upon request, we can wake guests up by phone. Order a wake-up call at the hotel reception: 100

If you notice any damage when checking into a room, you should report it to the reception immediately so as not to be charged when checking out. Any damage, vandalism, or cleaning that deviates from the norm are priced individually by the facility's management. Such incidents should be reported to the reception at the time they occur. A protocol and photograph will be prepared.

An unreported event found by the facility's staff will be reported to you the same day by e-mail or phone in order to resolve the matter.

• Leave the guest rooms, going along the corridor in the direction indicated by the evacuation leader or in accordance with the directions marked on the information boards (take only the most important light items with you, such as documents, money, etc.);

• Warn people in danger;
• During the evacuation, stay quiet and calm, move quickly without overtaking other people, if you can, notify the hotel staff about the fire (reception - call from your room at 100 or by pressing the fire button (buttons are located in the corridors);

• It is forbidden to stop or move in the direction opposite to the evacuation direction (unless clearly necessary);
• It is forbidden to use the elevator; people entering the staircase should go down as quickly as possible;
• When going down, the speed of movement should be adjusted to the people below;
• It is necessary to follow the instructions of the people coordinating the evacuation (hotel employees, firefighters);
• After leaving the hotel, go to the designated, safe gathering place for evacuated people;
• It is forbidden to use the elevator;
