BOOKING CONDITIONS: 1. Wellness Marrakesh & SPA is open from 15:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday, 10:00-22:00 on Saturdays and 09:00-20:00 on Sundays. 2. Prior booking of treatments from the package is required - wellness@papuga.pl or hotel@papuga.pl; the hotel is not responsible in situations when treatments have not been booked in advance. 3. If a VAT invoice is required, please inform us at the time of booking. 4. The booking is not covered by free cancellation. 5. The hours of treatments should be set when making the booking. 6. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for the treatment itself in order to fill out a health questionnaire.
